Areyou using your Orange Whip?
My sales records show that over 200 members havepurchased the Orange Whip in recent years, butare the proud owners of the whip using iteffectively?
It does without doubt work fantastically well asa warm-up aid before a round of golf, but usedevery day for only two to three minutes can haveconsiderable benefits. To understand how thewhip works, think of it like a pendulum ofsorts. The weights on the ends of the flexibleshaft give it a natural rhythm. It feels very smooth when you swing withthis rhythm, but if you try to fight thependulum, you get rather jarring feedback. Theeffect is a bit like pushing a child on aplayground swing. If you push too early, youwill get knocked backwards. If you push toolate, you don't add much power and will fallforward chasing the swing.
Similarly,if you start your downswing too quickly withyour arms (i.e. come "over the top"), the OrangeWhip will pull you off balance. The same thinghappens if your lower body gets too far ahead ofyour upper body. And just like it is very easyto learn to time the playground swing, itbecomes easy to time your golf swing when youare using the Orange Whip. After a few weeks ofregular use, there is a noticeable increase in aplayer's clubhead speed together withimprovements in timing and tempo.
